well i just check out a 00 maxima SE auto....50k, sterling mist exterior with no dents or scraches...has all options except moonroof and leather...the private seller wanted 13k but i offer 12k and he said he'll think about it....if he decide to sell is this a good price i'm getting for?

On ebay they go for a tad less but price seems about right from private party.
Actually kinda decent considering its loaded.

The mileage is a bit high... If i were you, I would try to find a 2001 instead. 2000 are known to have a few problems...But if you really wanted the 00, I would be very picky about it. 12k is still a bit too high, but since you already made an offer. If he's willing to sell it, try budging in like plus a car wash; full tank of gas, etc. All the small stuff adds up! lol.

12k is not too much for a 2000SE, I just sold my 2k with all options (except Traction control) for 14,300 with 67k on the clock....

The only real problem we have had with our 2k is the stupid dealer....... I think the price is pretty good. Milage is not out of this world.
