Do ya'll encounter alot of SES-LIGHT being on
Hey, i do! Man it's a headache, huh! Well, one thing that i have found out is, the ground strap between the cat. converter to the ground is crappy. It will break easily. Make sure ya'll check it if it is still intact. If not replace it with a better ground wire. If it's left unfix, it will give you all of codes, from upstream to downstream signal fault. I've fixed mine and never have a problem since. Just my 2-cents! Hope this will help ya'll

Nope, not here. Came on once, but it was within 10 minutes after a gas fill up. I did the old take gas cap off, twist it on until it clicked a bunch of times and within a couple days, it went off. So it was most likely my fault. The 04 Maxima's seem to have this problem a lot though, among other things like shimming, scratching the cheap interior parts (luckily us 02/03 guys don't have that issue). :) |
