Hey guys..
My god.. the rain was crazy today, potenza's blow goats.. Anyhow, i was driving to pick up a friend, and then at the parking lot i hit a bump... and hten my engine zonked out completely.. I freaked.. so i started her up.. again, and the idle went from 1200 to 600 to 200 and died.. I tried to hit the accelerateor but eninge died completely.. I freaked out.. was going to call towing service When i opened the hood and to only find my frankencar intake w/ apexi filter had fallen off completely.. So i quickly bolted everything back up... and started it up.. No check engine no nothing.. car ran fine.. Got home, and extra tightened evertything.. WARNING - recheck and make sure nothing is loose!! ED |

Guys, in case you are intersted, I played with my frankencar setup a dozen times to find teh perfect fit. If anyone is interested, I will post a pic of it. Trust me, I have seen others, and including Ed, and it was bound to happen, cause his intake was touching the hood, thus more friction when the motor was turning.
