I'm still puzzled at how those will clear the wheels on a 5th gen (17") when the 300ZX brakes won't. :gotme: These are larger(?) than the Z brakes too.

brembo six piston.. kev lets split down the middle, i take 3 pistons u take 3.. that makes 6 total for the each of us.. good deal??? it's just one short of the ap 4 piston brake kit.

nah just the pistons.. or yeah that'll work. .how bout we both get one calliper from each side. adn then swap the front to the rears.. so left front would be brembo and right front would be stock. left rear would be stock and right rear would be the stock front rotors.. taht way it might just even out huh?? or how bout i get the brake system on odd days and u get it on all the even days?? sound good??? kew to me...

Just because they are larger in diameter of the rotor does not mean much. The fitment problem of the Z brakes is due to the width of the calipers. NOT the diameter. The kit was designed to fit in stock SE 16" rims. The offset of the 17" should be the same as the 16". Given that, there should be no reason why it wouldn't fit.
