Anyway to install factory options on a car that didn't originally have them???

The longer I have my 2003, the more I love it. There only a few things that bother me about the car and they are options that didn't come from the factory on this one.

1. Power passenger seat. Is there any way to install the switches, wiring, and motors for power in this car?

2. Mirror defrost. Not having this is a real biotch. Any way to pull these from a junkyard car and have them painted and installed on my car?

3. Factory stereo. It didn't have the Bose and within a few weeks of riding around with the sunroof open and windows down the driver's door speaker busted. Doh! That one should be pretty easy...

Thanks

1. prolly doable-but its alot of wiring

2. prolly doable but it came as part of Meridian package-which included heated seats/steering wheel and mirrors--I doubt u can get all that

3. why would you want Bose? it sucks-i just got through ripping it all out and going Diamond components

I don't necessarily want the Bose stereo. Aftermarket is fine with me. Also I only want the mirror defrost, the rest I don't care about.

Would all of that wiring be a real p.i.t.a. to mess with? If so, I don't think it's worth the hassle. If it is relatively easy I would like to get it done, if not I won't be too disappointed.
