2000 Hid's
 

First things first I am going to make it clear that I am a NEWBIE. I have a 2000 Maxima SE. I was looking into buying the 2002 HID's...After I looked at the price I decided not to do that. BUT I KNOW ONE THING I WANT HID"S. Since I am new to the game I don't know what to look for and what to stay away from. I want to keep the same 2000 headlight capsuls. I would like a white light from my understanding it's around 4500 to 5000K Please correct me of I'm wrong. So I need to know what brands are good. Also do these kits come with everything to make this work. I think for the fog's I'm going to buy Piaa super Plasma or Xtreme White.. Any sugestions on the fog's as well??

you will want a HID Kit with this temp/color = 4100k to 4300k -- that is stock on basically all cars

the method i am going to say will be a little more expensive but I am sure you will like it better.
Since you have high/low beams from the same bulb...try to get a HID kit with dual beams..meaning it has high and low as well. Most kits you will see it low beam only so you will lose your high beams, not that is matter with HIDs but you will lose the high beam feature.
