What kind of front grille do you 02-03's have?

What kinda grille is the most popular?

trey Apr 30, 2004 02:33 PM

I'll start it, I have the grille-techs for my upper and lower. I guess they look ok, but since there not going to last long, i'm looking at what i should buy next.

you forgot about trenz :Puke: :wall:

2k3TitaniumSe Apr 30, 2004 04:01 PM

yup..forgot the Trenz...well I'm running stock grille. The other after market grilles look cheap.

I'd only use the Grille-Tech lower grilles.

Stock grille - painted body color.

I had the Grille Tech lowers, but took 'em off when they rusted.

i got grille tech upper and lower, i like the grille tech because it is different plus i guess im prolly one of the very few who havent had any rust problem, ive had mine on since last august

gtbigup Apr 30, 2004 07:23 PM

got the trenz

Stock upper grill with shaved hamburger emblem. Haven't decided on what color I'll make it.

Pics still to come once I get MT lip and wheels on.

Stock. I'm convinced that if the Maxima came factory with any of the aftermarket grilles currently on the market, everyone would be begging for something like the stock grill. :grinno:

Grille tech uppers and lowers on since July last year. Not one spot of rust. I get tons of compliments on them too.

trey May 1, 2004 10:00 PM

I love my grille techs also, lots of compliments also.

I just swapped my Grill tech back to stock. I was kinda tired of the look it gave the car.
.

I currently have the JMS grille, but have recently been thinking about going back to stock.

MannyNJ2k2max May 2, 2004 03:04 AM

The stock grill gives our cars class....as far as the lower valences, my grill techs will be gone for good when i have my front lip put in....

My lower grille techs are off, and I have oraneg rusting all over my lower sections of the max.........When I put the MT lip and Stillen rear and sides, I will have it repainted. Just leave the stock grille. It looks nice, and classy.

MaximaSe2002 May 2, 2004 04:19 AM

grille tech here too no rust problems either

I agree 100%. If the stock grill was made by Stillen, everyone would go crazy about it.

Something similar to this except with a  Nissan badge and a Stillen emblem. But our shape of grill is what sucks. Maybe it would look great for the 3rd and 4th gens.

I agree  ...I like the stock grille well enough, but would like to do something with the finish - the "flat gray" is not cutting it with me

I love Xplayboy69x's max. The grille tech inserts look awesome. I had my lower inserts in for over a year with no rust. I recently ruined those and had to buy some other ones from another org member that were rusted. He had paited them and they seem fine now, but I'll just have to see. I was thinking about the grille tech upper, but not too sure.
