seat won't go up HELP!

Here is the situation. basically pushed the seat to recline backwards for a nap. when i woke up, i couldn't postion the seat back forward. not sure if a motor burned out or a wiring problem. bottom half of the seat still moves up and down, just the back part doesn't come up forward. passenger seats works fine. any ideas?

Try to move it forward if you hear the motor then the motor its fine just try and move it by hand don't force it too much. it might be stuck.BTW there is two motors in each seat one for (up+down)and one for(forward+backward). If nothing happen take the seat off 4 screws on the corners lift the seat up just a little from the front and take a look under the seat.

It happen to me it was the motor but i did not pay a $ ,it was under warranty.

weird thing is no sound is coming from the motor. should i swap the motor from the passenger side? is that possible? what else can cause the malfunction?
