What's a clutch....?

Hi sup guys, my 2k max 5spd got 65000 miles right now and need a new clutch badly. What do you guys recommend? I heard the ACT clutches are good but they cost a lot ($400). I saw the ones in ebay, Exedy racing clutches for $295 and eclutchmaster ones for $235. are these any good? anyone has these?

also I want to change the tranny oil also and want to change it with the redline mt-90. how many quarts do i need?... so what's a clutch... you guys think is good?
