Datadots for HID's
 

Ok, after asking here and not really getting any answers and going to a few different dealers to ask around, I found a dealer to do the datadots. They listed a reference number on the invoice. For anyone interested in trying to get them under warranty like myself after purchasing a car used:

"Open recall ID #P31310 Xenon Headlamp Theft deterrent Install H/L Kit NISP0021632"

Later, it states two part numbers it seems:

"26040-6Y325... Bracket Kit"
"K9099-2Y025... Datadot Kit"

It all states "WARRANTY" for these parts.

Hopefully this helps others out. If anyone's interested, I can scan the invoice
