Well went to Radio shack and picked up a handful of LED bulbs.

I am going to do the doors :)

But one question.
Anyone know how to get the one for the security system?
The one next to the clock.
How the heck do you take that one off?

Give me some feedback :)

Pics will come as soon as i start this mod

you mean removing the clock thing? if that's what you're talking about, all you have to do is pull directly up on the clock.

if you're talking about the LED itself, i don't think it's too difficult. unplug all the wire harnesses and i think you can just pull it out with not too much force. b/c the RadioShOck LEDs are larger than your stockies, you will definitely have to drill so that the bulb sits snug in the hole (i had to do this with my aftermarket dealer alarm). remember to solder or at least Butt-Connect the wire with the LED. i suggest soldering, but that's a pain in the butt in that tight spot, let alone the amount of lead and rosin you'll be inhaling. hope that's somewhat helpful. let me know...

wow... redoing the LEDs, eh? i've been wanting to, but the LEDs are crazy BUCKS and i'm not sure if its quite worth it just yet. i was gonna go Hyperwhite. heheh...

ill post what i have so far when i get home (~7hrs from now) ;)

its pretty simple
-pull out vent
-pull out shift boot area
-unscrew 4 screws to pop out deck
-unscrew one side of the deck to remove temperature controls
-unscrew all the silver screws on temperature controls
-unclip face plate-the slider will pop off
-pop off all the buttons just pull on em and theyll let go
-separate front and back of temperature module
-pull out green board
-desolder leds you dont want
-solder in the ones you want

hmmm... pics will probably help :)
