Radio & Clock Help

I recently attempted to add an amp and sub to my non-bose HU. Somewhow or another i messed up and now the HU doesn't work! :nupe500: I checked all the fuses and they all are fine. I've reconnected everything to how it was before, and now the clock does not work. How are these two pieces connected? What do i do? I'm currently looking for a cheap HU to drop in there, but i'm worried that my clock will not work anymore.

Help!
