JIC's
Hi to all of you JIC owners. I have a 2003 Maxima and was wondering what you owners feel about the FLT2's? I am interested in getting them. What do you think about them? I am looking to get these or just get your basic springs with Tokico Whites. I'm not sure which springs yet, still looking into that. Thanks.

no more wheel gap

Too ruff for NY. I have them and don't like the ride. I should have put on some illuminas and progress instead.
|
I've heard they are a rough ride. What about the tein ss?
|
I live in Chicago, and if you follow JICs directions on how to set preload on the springs and set you shock stiffness right the ride is actually fairly comfortable- on par with lets say a brand new Acura TL. I run 4 clicks on the front and 4 in the back on my FLTA2s, -1.25 deg of camber all around and 0 deg toe- just so happens that my rear aligment is fully in spec even after 104K miles and there are no adjustments to be made to the rear. Handling is incredible.

i also live in chicago but i have the tein ss coilovers, the handling and response is unbelivable and the ride is very smooth even on potholes, the only thing is that if you are going to go with tein definatly get the edfc that is a very nice feature.

Yes you can order JICs with diff spring rates.

I might be selling mine for the right price if you want them used.
