general question on TSB's

sorry guys im sure this has probably been discussed but i had a questions about TSBs and how dealers deal with them....

...for example I saw this TSB about low rpm power response ( which I have problem with) so if take it to the dealer and tell them about will they care of the issue and not charge me or will they.?\

thanks for the help

It depends. If they diagnose the problem to be something not covered under warrenty, than yes, Even if there is a tsb on the problem. The tsb's are issued for technicians to lead them in the right direction in solving a know problem. Not neccecerily a recalled item. good luck

If your car is out of warranty TSBs are not free. TSBs are intended as a tool for technicians as a way to find known solutions to commonly reported problems.

Recalls, OTOH, are always covered free of charge, for the life of the vehicle.
