Anyone out there with KYB-GR2's with stock springs?
 

I've had my car dropped wiht Tein S-Techs with KYB-GR2's on 19's for about 2 years now, I'm really tired of the beating my car is taking and the rough @$$ ride. Is anyone out there riding on Stock SE springs with GR2's and stock rims? I wanna know how smooth the ride is wiht this combo..

I've got 55K miles on my stock struts and they're blown to hell. I'll be getting either GR-2s or HPs in the next couple of weeks. I'd love to hear what others have to say about these struts on stock springs.

GR2's are basically stock replacements...they are a bit stiffer than the stock shocks but the difference in ride quality will be very minimal...but since you've been on S-techs for so long, those shocks have taken quite a beating and may need to be replaced...the best thing to do is inspect them for any damage, then swap out your s-techs with your stock springs...
