2000 Maxima Gauge Cluster Removal - How?

I have a 2K GLE in Med. Blue Frost.
Wante to change the instrument cluster out.
Have anyone ever removed the gauges (cluster)? Was wondering if you had any tips?
I took out the two screws at the top but seem unable to get any further.
Can you lend a hand? MUCH APPRECIATED.
