Wireing diagram guro's step in

On the 2000 Max I am looking for the speed control wire. I did find it at the insturment cluster, but I want to know what it is at the ECU.

On the cluster it is pink/blue on the back of the insturment cluster in the 20 pin brown plug.

Anyone that might know this or helpme figure it out would be great.

Pin 86 on the ECU pink/blue ...if anyone cares
