NEED HELP WITH umnitza dde's

i just got my dde's today and i was wondering how can i test if they are working? can i connect them to a battery? on the ballast i have red and brown wire.

Yes. You can connect them to the battery.

yes, its is fine, thats how i tested mine, and there still fine, just seal up thoes ballests with silicone bc if you dont you will be replaceing them soon

what he said, and do the drilling of the light instead of running through the cap, seal that up too....

See my site for instructions on how to test/install. FWIW - I used no silicone anywhere and my DDE's are still running great after over a year.

Connect everything together, then touch the relay + and - cables to the battery.
