4th gen AGX's on a 5th gen, top mount question...

Hello all, long time no post :)

I've had Modified 4th gen KYB AGX's on my 5th gen for a long time now, and they've finally gone out on me (after like 4yrs) The thing is, i forgot if i had installed 4th gen top mounts, or used the 5th gen top mounts.

Anyone with modified 4th gen AGX's can remind me which one to use?
