i want to hook up the exterior of my car w/ all superwhite lights, except the fogs, which i want to put blue h3's and attatch alternating strobes to em...i CAN do that rite?

im puttin my mind to 2 twin jets from a boeing 747.. its kinda hard im still thinkin. with some wonton boosters. adds 10% hp instantly.
