What color is the TPS on the 2k2's; where is the ECU

Just like the title states, I am wondering where/what these things are. I am almost done installing my ZEX wet kit, but I need to know what color the TPS wire is. If you guys don't know the answer, then I need to know where the ECU is so I can hook the kit up directly to pin 73 (throttle signal). Thanks in advance!

EDIT: PIN 83 instead of 73.

did domeone say TPS report? :wall:

Just to clarify, pin 73 is the accelerator pedal position sensor. The throttle position sensor is pin 83. I believe both those wires are white. Not sure which on is right for you, but 73 isn't the TPS.

I had a wiring diagram for my VAFC-II install that may help somewhat:

And another that SR20DEN put together:

If you have a FSM, the ECU pinout diagram, descriptions, and voltages on pages EC-139 to EC-149 will come in handy for future reference.

The ECU (and harness/pins) is on the passenger side behind and below the center console behind a black plastic shield:

Thanks so much, puppetmaster. I have that picture too saved on my computer. I didn't realize I put pin 73 until this morning. TPS=throttle position sensor.

I got it working. I just t-tapped into into the wire that leads to pin 83. Works perfectly. The 75 shot is killer!
