LED front side marker retrofit (pics inside)

Just did a LED front (will do the rear ones as well) side markers retrofit. Took some pics to share with others. I used LED markers from a coach bus. Enjoy.

If funny that NAPA carries truck parts and you could just buy the LED assemblies ready to go like this. Its so much easier than putting them together yourself. How much are the LED reflectors?

That's nice. But I was lazy and bought 923 or 921 (dunno which) 9-tip LED's and they work nice!

I'll have to check for the price...I took those at my job (Prevost Car buses) they were in a bad batch, water could get in due to bad sealing.

that looks nice but honestly whats the point of goin through all that work on just your sidemarkers...i bought some LEDs for mine and theyre just as bright

but good job on trying something different

I guess you're right on this one, could have bought some LED bulbs but it's a way like another to kill some time on a rainy day.

It's looks very nice from the pics you posted and bright during the night time too. I guess you just wanted to do something different rather than buying the LED 194 marker bulbs. That would have been a simple swap, but overall it's a nice job.

dont mean to jack up the thread, but for your LED bulbs, did you get single LED or multiple? got pics? thanks
