does anyone know where the IACV located on 2k1 max.

i am planning to clean that part and i heard its located on throttle body or around it. but i dont realy know how it looks like and how to unplug that thing. does anyone have any write up or diagram that shows the location of IACV? and can anyone tell me what type of spray we use to clean IACV?

It is right besides the throttle body... I'll see to post the diagram too... BTW, if you really don't need to clean it, I'd say don't as some have cleaned it and it went bust after that, so if you don't need to - don't touch it :)

so it means if there are no symptoms at all and the car runs fine then we dont need to worry about IACV even though my car has 120k and that thing was never replaced or cleaned. so does the original one last for life or we have to replace it once?

You got it! If you have no idle or performance issues.....leave it alone.
