Dyno'd '02 Max SE 6MT with custom intake only...
For those who are interested, I had my car dynoed today at IPS Motorsports in Columbus, OH. It was part of a Nissan mini meet organized by www.ohionissans.com. They did 3 consecutive runs with no cool down periods.
My car has 95K+ miles on it with stock clutch and is pretty much stock except for the following... - Dual O2 sim - custom intake mid-pipe and intake adapter with cone filter The dyno results appear to be as expected for an '02 VQ35, so I am pleased with the numbers. Since this is my first experience with a dyno, I am still trying to understand what my HP/TQ #'s come out to be, but overall get the jist of it. http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h1...pc/Picture.jpg COMMENTS... |
I think that's pretty good (yeah I've got nothing relevant to add haha)

I am interested to see what others think of these #'s...
...mainly due to the dip between 5000-5500. The intake makes a raspy sound then smooths out again. bad? good? |
When does the "vi" close? It might be messing up? AF is pretty flat so that is good. I would gut out the IM to make more top end power.
