After talking to my dealer, he explained that the windshield wiper has 3 basic speeds with 3 variables for each speed. My 3 variable's control does nothing to affect the speed of the wipers. Does anyone else have this problem?

Turn the little dial

There is a little dial on the lever. if it is on the highest for increment it will seem the same. Turn the nob on the end of the wiper lever.

We've tried that, no difference-in fact, we even timed the speeds & found no variation from 1 11 or 111 on the lever.

That blows!

Sounds like a visit to the dealer is in order....see if they can order the part....I would hate to make 2 visits for a simple POS dial.
