ES sway bar bushings installed now front end clunking?!?!

On friday i installed my ES sway bar bushings i have had laying around for a while. Everything went well and I didn't think anything of it . Today i leave work and i am driving home when I hear a clunk when turn the wheel to the left. I think I may have over tightened the bushings bracket thing so i loosen them up and hoped for the best.

Well the noise is still present and seems to only happen when i cut the wheel to the left/ side to side or sometimes when i go over a bump.

Is it possible that i could have ruined my endlink but over tightening the swabar busings?
? I checked the car nothing is loose suspension wise that i could see where the noise is comming from.

Are you sure, you installed the tabs on the bushing in the the tab holder? Which is on top!

Did you confirm you got the right bushings as the swaybars are different sizes for the GLE/SE.

I have the same problem as far as the noise but i didnt touch any sway bars or bushings. what is the problem. could it be the TEIN SS coilovers?

I'd suggest you take a open end wrench or adjustable wrench and place it around the sway bar to determine it's size...you may have a non SE front bar, or you received the wrong parts!

I removed the Endlink on the drivers side and the noise has stopped. as far as i can tell it is the endlink.

Use a pry bar to check it for play under pressure while installed, the same that we do for finding wear or worn components in the suspension game....
