3" Testpipe from a 240sx

Well, I'm running a 2.5" test pipe as it stands, but I'm addicted to 3" OD now with the 3" cattman, heh. This TP is for S13s and S14s, but is the same length and has welded flanges (as oppose to my current set up) and is SS. For $40, I figure I'd try it out. Wish it didn't have that 02 bung though. Anyone have any experience with this?

Or route #2... call Dallas @ WSP to fab up a 3" SS test pipe w welded on flanges...my guess $40-$50? They have a jig and it will fit perfectly!

I'm going to put my cat back on due to stupid cali emissions and the fact that if I get caught with no cat, I'm in deep sh*t.

If you had the Metallic substrate how did it fall apart it's all stainless inside and out? You sound like you had a ceramic Carsound and a air/fuel ratio problem or burning oil!

Oh yeah, CARSOUNDS I got from warpspeed. No air fuel problem though. Right after the 2nd failed I went to a dyno place just to check the afr before I wasted more money on a another cat. At idle and closed loop it was right on 14.5-14.8 and wot was right around 12 something. Also that motor never burned a drop of oil. Dallas said he had no clue why they failed...
