They both went out when I replaced my HU to an aftermarket one, which involved removing the climate trim. I checked if there was a fuse but couldn't find anything, but Nissan sometimes puts accessory lights with other fuses. Bulbs checked out fine. Any ideas? Thanks!

 

Did you reconnect the plugs?

 

Everything is connected, I double checked. Also, no wires are crimped or anything.
