ECU harness removal

I have a 2002 VQ35DE 5MT Altima which shares the same ECU as the 2002-2003 Maxima. Trying to ship to TS to get an L-SPEC re-flash.

Removed the two front facing nuts, and screws. Finally yanked on the frame hard enough for it to snap out of place and removed the additional two screws on opposite side.

Now the harness is giving me a warm time. Is there a simple way to remove this stupid harness--not trying to go all Conan the Barbarian on it and mess something up.

Trying to make it to the post office by mid-day, but it doesn't look like I am going to make it.

Any help from you gurus would be very much appreciated!

Someone else on Nissanclub chimed in and told me to release the black locking mechanism and push it to the opposite side and out would come the harness. Wow, what a difference someone's experience can make.

Off to the post office I go!

Don't care about the drive by wire throttle plate adjustment they claim--I have seen your posts/research concerning this.
