Need help diagnosing hard start/rough idle after sitting few days...
Hi all,
need some of the pro advice from all the gurus on here.
My Maxima was sitting outside for a few days... it was fairly damp/rainy weather.
Anyway, went to start it this morning and the engine made this kind of weezing sound and wouldn't start. Finally after a few tries of holding the gas pedal to the floor, she fired up. Ran like crap for a minute or so though... and there seems to be a tappet/knocking sound...
I am at a loss... was it the damp weather or ???
