typical price to have shop due 1 o2 sensor?
Hi, so my check engine light has been on a few weeks, I had it checked out and the guy told me it was an O2 sensor, my car is eating gas and I just wanna know what I'm looking at for a price to fix this.

If taken to a shop, my guess would be around 1.5-2 hours labor. With the O2 sensor, I would guess around 200-300 depending on where you go. Also depends on which O2 you are referring to..

70 bucks for the sensor, 30 bucks that you get back to rent the socket
