DEK swapped, won't crank, and gear indicator says 1st gear
 

Hey,

Just looking for some guidance. My mechanic buddy and I swapped a fresher VQ30DEK into my 2001 A/T. Everything went smoothly. I went to start the car and it won't crank at all. The gear indicator on the dash says that it's in 1st gear. I move the shifter up and down and the indicator still says "1". The shifter cable moves freely. Any ideas?

Looks like whatever went on top of this (PNP switch?) broke off during the swap. Turned that little dial and it started right up. Just an FYI for the next person with this issue. I'll be picking one up this week hopefully.
