What's a used Cattman going for?

I think I paid the 739 for mine plus shipping looking to see what they are selling for with 10k miles on it it's a 3 inch. Just debating weather to sell that now or just keep it

Thanks

Jay

I believe they're called "Native American exotic dancers". And I'm gonna need pics.

ShocknAwe Sep 16, 2012 11:09 AM

$700 for a used exhaust system, even a Cattman, is steep and in this economy I would be surprised if you sold it for that much. Maybe if that includes over night shipping lol

Just because it's a 2.5 doesn't mean it's in high demand. Remember everyone is going 3" for the better power gains.

Then again, if someone is willing to get on their knees and throw down 6-7 bills for a used 2.5in it should include a lifetime supply of reacharounds. :D

Good one

ChrisMan287 Sep 16, 2012 11:34 AM

$500 OBO for a used 3" should get it sold quickly.

mrjasonlyrics Sep 16, 2012 11:43 AM

No matter how much you list it for you'll get lowballers trying to squeeze what ever they can outta you. My advice is list it higher than what it's worth and let them make a "lowball" offer, counter their "lowball" offer and make them think they just hustled you. I do it all the time...

$700 catback is far from a bargain, wth are you talking about? linking a $1000 catback doesnt justify anything...

we are talking about a $5000 maxima right?

For the maxima yes. Because the market is small.

1k for a g35 cat back that I've never heard of then you're stupid lol, the market for that platform is huge! There are plenty of well known and established brands that sell a g or 350 cat back for 60 or 50% of that price.

1k is what I.expect to pay for a set of only headers for a g

carsnwomen91 Sep 18, 2012 11:17 AM

Imo the cat backs are overpriced but his headers are well priced.

I say 550 plus shippin.

MaxFiyah Sep 18, 2012 01:15 PM

700 dollars for a used exhaust is a rip

tseng1023 Sep 18, 2012 01:32 PM

Cmax, Cattman must be a god to u lol. Op if its for a33 ill take it off ur hands :D

People that pay that kind of money are the same people that have it installed for them, not because they want to save time, but because they cant do it themselves. The only qualities I need in a cat back? It flows well. I dont need it to look pretty, have a JDM name behind it, or anything else like that. You pay $1000 for a cat back. Ill piece my entire headers back exhaust together for half that and thats including a Cattman Y.
