Can't Install Washer fluid Reservoir Filler Neck
 

I know this must seem like a dumb question, but does anyone know how to install the reservoir filler neck to the washer fluid reservoir? I have been trying for the past two days with no luck. It seems like it is impossible to stick the neck in that tiny opening. I tried forcing it in with all my might, tried twisting it in, no luck. I searched tons & tons of threads and videos but could not find any info on this at all. Maybe i am missing something? Help me out!

I don't see anything in the service manual covering the windshield washer reservoir. How about posting a picture of the problem?

honestly it shouldnt be difficult at all. Should pop back on without much force.
