Trunk torsion bar broken

not sure how to ship other than wrap in bubblewrap and ship them, but its yours for $15 plus shipping (can probably send you a pair)

i have, but mine arent working properly, i installed them wrong and the trunk only opens about 60%, one day ill fix it, but for now my subs are installed and i dont feel like welding around with a wooden box in the car.

I dont think it would be that hard... I've been debating this as well, last year my sub litterally shook my torsion bar loose and in doing so I can't get it back on poperly because the TAB that the bar slips into bent and I cant get it back into place.
After staring at it for about fourty minutes one day I think I've come up with a way to do it, only problem is I would need to figure out how much force I would need from the strut to push the trunk up.
My idea is to attach a strut to the "bottom" of the trunk bracket and afix the strut to the top underside of the rear deck. I have some ideas written down just not really willing to divulge them yet. I am pretty sure I would need a 25-30 lb strut, just trying to source one locally and the length i need.
