Removing headlight wiring harness on 5.5 headlight?

Is there a way to remove the entire headlight wiring harness/igniter from a 02-03 headlight housing? I have a pair of blacked out headlights I bought, but it is just the housing, was trying to figure a way to remove my stock HID and transfer it over.
