5.5 Gen fuel pressure regulator

If one were to want/need to replace the fuel pressure regulator in their 5.5 gen, where would you go to find the part? Rockauto doesnt seem to have it, courtesy parts diagram has it labeled as a clip priced at $4.88 which I highly doubt is it, and there are 0 results online anywhere for replacement that I can tell. For some reason o-rings are a popular result in that search though  Has anybody needed to replace theirs or have a good idea where I might be able to find one?

Replaced one on my wife's car not that long ago.

Here is a better picture.

those are pressure dampers, not the regulator. the regulator is in the tank, as part of the pickup/pump/filter assembly. If you go to the tank diagram, it shows the same as courtesy parts, listing what is actually the regulator as a clip (its held on by a clip, which the diagram doesnt show) and the price menu shows "regulator" as unavailable

here is a picture of it from Housecor's website

Why not any parts store like autozone, pep boys etc? That's what I did on my 4th gen.

It's at the bottom of the parts list 22670Z

But i had to buy the whole unit for it at the dealership.

yeah, thats all I have found as well. Hoping to not have to go to dealership. What did that end up costing you and what was the assembly it was included with?
