clutch slave or hose?

I have had intermittent problems with my clutch reservoir emptying out. It seemed during the summer months ie warm times it was fine, then when winter rolled through it would be a slow leak. Now its a full blown problem and empties out almost per drive. I will include pictures I took of it see what you think. I seem to think it is the line as the line does seem to have fluid on it, but there is fluid below the slave as well. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Same thing happened to me...I changed the slave cylinder and the line to a SS Clutch line straight from the master cylinder to the slave cylinder....no more problems.

Do you recall who you used for the SS line? I went SS for brake lines so might as well here too.

Got the clutch line from:

eliminates everything from the master to the slave and got a new slave from autozone for like $30.

Bleeding the clutch after is a pain had to put Teflon tape on the bleeder screw for the slave and use a mightyvac, but well worth it.

^^Ordered that same SS line. Worked great, I didn't have any trouble bleeding it. Had it completely bled out in >5 minutes with my dad pushing the clutch in. I also replaced both the master and the slave cylinders. Used Beck/Arnley from Amazon...links to follow.

And we still haven't fixed the issue with double link posts?

Yeah bleeding with two people would have been a lot easier...I was doing it by myself which sucked until I got the might vac

I had to replace my slave not too long ago, but there wasnt that much oil around and the clutch pedal was pretty much worthless, if you still have pedal pressure the slave might be ok. Ive found that the initial bleeding is easiest to start with the slave out and up in the air to help air get out to the bleeder screw and then once you get pressure put the slave in and finish bleeding

I would replace both line and slave cylinder.
