Installing Pioneer's AVIC-X940B and dont know where to locate the Vss wire. I heard you can find it behind the cluster. how do you remove the cluster?

Oh boy! If you can put a radio in you should be able to pull the cluster.

No need to be a **** about it. I wasn't comfortable on bending the trim over the steering wheel. I also didn't want to take the steering colum trim off. I was hoping there was an easier way. I know that you can directly hook into the ECM but I didn't want to dig around in those harnesses. I'm looking for advise. Not criticism.

You have to drop the colum 2 14mm bolts ,2 trim screw on bottom panels,2 10mm bolts on crash panel,2 trim screws top of cluster.tapping the ecu gives issues you have to hit the green wire behind the cluster.
