A/C Issue

I have a 2001 Nissan Maxima SE...My a/c has quit pumping cold air. I took it to a guy I know at a shop and had the system evacuated and recharged. It was borderline cold for a few days and now back to warm, He believed it was either the condenser or the pressure switch. I have the auto climate control unit and did the test completely. The results as follows:

Step 1: Pass
Step 2: failed with number flashing #25
Step 3: Pass
Step 4: Pass
Step 5: Ambient Sensor 83 degrees
In-vehicle Sensor 92 degrees
Intake sensor 101 degrees
According to the trouble diagnoses the blinking 25 indicates the sunload sensor is bad. I am not sure this would cause the compressor not to fire but not exactly sure. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

If the test shows the sun load sensor is bad, replace it. It is a strange sensor in terms of how it causes the system to cool or not.

As for the other sensors in step 5, how did the reported readings compare to the thermometers?

FYI, the compressor always runs when you have the a/c on. Temperature is regulated by directing the cold air through the heater core and warming it up if needed. That's why all the temperature sensors in step 5. If your compressor is cycling on and off, that is a problem.
