Steering Wheel compatibility 00/02-03
 

I'm trying to figure out whether the steering wheel from an 02-03 is a direct replacement for that of my 00.

Courtesy parts lists everything on the wheels for 00-03 as the same part numbers. However, I know that at least the center piece is different, and am concerned that perhaps the connector for cruise control or horns is different.

I know it is a long shot, but does anyone happen to know the answer? If not, I will figure it out at the junkyard.

The 03 has a few more buttons and I believe the cruise control is slightly different but mechanically should fit....I don't remember my "00" having the Outside temp button, the radio controls were different IIRC!

The buttons are different. I have had both, 5th gen and 5.5 gen. I am sure you can make it work, but the design is different.
