Window won't roll up
 

skip to 4:57. I can't get the window to rise up at ALL. So, I can't remove the bolts to take the glass off the window regulator. I can't take out the other stuff I don't think unless you take that glass out first. Is there a way you can manually move the window up and down? If I tug on the window it doesn't move or budge. I've tried to put my hand underneath the window and push and then pull with the other hand but it seems like it doesn't work. I tried to push with one hand and then press up button on the inside panel but it just brings the window down. The motor sounds like it wants to work also but it keeps getting hung up on something.

any tips would be greatly appreciated.
