Spoiler Alert ! And I'm new here

I just bought a new to me 2003 Maxima GLE and I love it! I previously owned a 2000 Infinti I30t and since it was the most reliable car I have ever owned I decided to right back to went to the Maxima. I love love love this car and cant belive I only paid $3000 for it with 138,000 miles on it. I am looking at adding a few things to it and need some input. I dont much care for the spoiler on the Maxima and think the design used by the I30 and I35 looked a little better. Does anyone know if a I30/I35 spolier would fit on a 03 Maxima?

Thanks!

Headers or gut precats if you want it to not blow up. 3.5 is not like the 3.0.

Blow up? Can you tell me what you mean by that? What specifically happens and why would headers precat delete solve that.

I'm sorry man but your the typical internet forum troll. I asked about spoilers and you started telling me about catalytic converters and headers. When I ask for an explanation your above all that or something. Maybe your a god and all knowing on the maxima forum but there is a whole world out there takes your eyes off the computer screen and get out and enjoy it!

Pic for proof of said pre-cats disintegrating and getting sucked back into the engine scoring cylinder walls and/or resulting in a terrible power loss and legitimately ruining the engine.

I can assure you that Child_uv_KoRn is no troll. He's pointing you in the direction of a common problem on 3.5 liter cars. There have been volumes written on the subject of bad pre-catts which you can read on this forum. I hope you don't expect him to type up a long explanation when the info is already there.

Korn is no troll:nono:
But he will flame lol!:flame:
Perhaps where he was going with it was! You won't need the spoiler on a stationary vehicle with a blown engine due to precat disintegration :gotme:

Ps. Keep an eye on your engine oil level in the next couple weeks! That might give you a hint if the damage has already began

Yeah, we're past pleasantries on this topic. There's no excuse as you won't have a car to drive.

Sorry, OP, I'm just cutting to the chase, here. Newbies must get their precat vaccine.

I remember a while ago I was on a different forum and ran into a thread where some member was bashing on the .ORG than suddenly a fellow member went in and started setting the dude straight calling him out on his bs,with screen shots about how he was helped and all....pretty ****in hilarious
