Here's a fairly new video of Jeremy's 5th gen project.

Check it out.

I was thinking the same thing. I don't know if he means Mitsubishi Evo9 or some local tranny builder who did his. I don't know much about these high HP Maxima builds. The Mits tranny, without the T-case, fits in the same way.

I wondered about the Evo transmission also. My son lives in Jeremy's area and talks to him quite a bit. I will ask him about it.

It turns out the gearbox is from a 6-speed Mitsubishi EVO. Apparently, the same company that built the Maxima manual also built the EVO gearbox.

Not much is known (that I can find) about this swap.

I found his Instagram page at this link.

Here's a video of Moncef testing a tune on it.

I noticed that also. Let me see what I can find out. They want to do a tune for my 99 model SE 5MT that may be more like the one in this video.

It's a shame he couldn't get a better filmer/production company to work with. The moving camera shots all seem so slop

Moncef says no one gives a **** about a maxima anyway. That's because his probably broke down and he cried then had it towed to the salvage yard.
