O3 Not Throttling Down

Some times, not always, when I go to stop, as at a stop sign, my 03 max wants to keep going even with my foot on the brake (haven't looked at the RPM's yet, will do next time.) I can feel the transmissions shifting down but there is still some "up throttle" there. What can control this action, any ideas or experience with this same problem? It's not enough movement there to get me into trouble, yet. I can always put it into neutral. Like I said before, it does not happen all the time.

Your throttle is stuck or you have an intake leak pulling in unmetered air. look for a loose boot or vac line. that would be a great start.

We know the throttle can't stick (unless TB electronics are ****ed up). Vac leak can increase RPM a little but, but he probably wouldn't notice. More air would cause a misfire. TB/ECU is probably just acting stupid.

Pedal dance reset the ECU.
