I was reading this thread, https://maxima.org/forums/5th-genera...-write-up.html (thanks to Maximaboy12) on thermostat replacement and in it is this diagram from the FSM. The diagram illustrates a coolant hose coming out of the stock oil cooler (Thank you Tri-Valley Mechanic). My question is how does the oil cooler work. The red arrow is pointing to a coolant return hose if I am reading the write up correctly. Is it using a water jacket to cool the oil or have I totally misread the diagram..
