crunchy sounds and feel when driving with burning smell
thought it was bad wheel bearings, but, it's apart and there is no play and they turn with some light resistance as if full of grease. non popping or clicking when turning. the last drive acrossed town, the drive side wheel was HOT and smelled like burnt grease.

did you check the caliper pins LOL

the drive side bearing the hottest one has 4 thou play in it when set the knuckle and ground and wiggle it. i assumed it had to be ready to fallout. caliper pins are lubricated and move freely. i'll penta check when goes back together.
any one else gamble on after market wheel speed sensors? i tried to remove the driver side like jack *** instead off unplugging pulling out. OEM costs almost as much the car.

based on that thread and my old man telling me about some helluva pre load, i guess it probably is 200-217 foot pounds.
just bought 2 wheel speed sensors today no a clue how i'll install them, i might be able to grind out one hold and bolt the sensor in the sensors bolt snapped off. maybe a carbide bit and self tapping screw or zip ties or jb weld. those stock sensors while being plastic rust and swell with the knuckle.
