Maxima 2000i dle cazy and won't take idle relearn

first thank you for taking time to read my message
i have a nissan maxima 2000 and is is doing the crazy idle: up and down after cleaning tb and stutters when accelerate after 3000rpm.
I changed everything idle air control valve, egr vacuum control selenoid. trottle position sensor, and cleaned the egr valve and tube. Also cleaned all the connectors. Try the relearn procedure several times ,( still have a code po1131 selenoid control vacuum, or vacuum leak) and no.luck. the car has been disconnected the battery for 4 days. I read you post about doing the relearn procedure with the 3 injectors disconected. I am going to try that can you please give me any other recommendation since I changed all those parts. You think I need to do anything different.
