Car won't start. Help!

I have a 2000 Maxima. My car was running when the wires from the ignition coil connector (I think) touched and sparked. My car died and hasn't started back since. It turns over but it's not firing. The fuel pump is priming when I turn the key and all my electrical components (dash lights, radio, ect) are coming on. Anyone have any idea what I could do? Someone said i might have fried my computer? Thanks

Replace whatever you fried when you shorted it.

Well that's the problem. I don't know what it messed up. Checked all my fuses. I was needing help figuring out what might have messed up causing it not to start

I'm not sure I understand what your problem is. Try explaining it with more detail and context.

My car was running when the wires that plug into one of the coil.packs touched and sparked. The car shut off and hasn't started since. Its turning over just not getting any spark to fire up. Changed the coil pack, checked fuses, just have np clue what elss to do.

Run a scan. What is the status of your security indicator light with the ignition off and on?

The car cranks over right? Check your ignition Fuses first. If it is blown fix the coil pack connector first (junk yard has plenty)! If there are no fuses blown check for spark, if there’s no spark check your ignition capacitor.

Under the hood is a fuse block. Check the 15 amp fuse labeled ENG CONT 1.

Still not clear how that happens. Post a picture of the components that sparked.
