Replaced 2003, right rear caliper, now the parking brake doesn't fully disengage.

Driver's side caliper, parking brake won't disengage all the way now, is this normal? Haven't tried putting the wheel back on and driving yet, I have to pull the spring back further if I use the parking brake to get the wheel to move.

Take it apart and work it free.

on these cars, you cant rule out the actual e-brake lines freezing up, dirt debris and water get in there and rot them away, my mechanic had to dissconect me e-brake connection to one of my rear-calipers because of this. could be a part or all of the problem.
